Warranty Terms & Condition
Warranty does not cover if
- Water damage ( even waterproof model )
- Fall damage
- Warranty sticker damage or been removed
- Screen & Display damage
- Repair or open by a third party
- ID lock / forgot password
All warranty claims must be accompanied by shop official tax invoice/receipt or any proof of purchased – it either can be copy or the original.
The shop reserves the right to reject the warranty claim if the customer failed to show proof of purchased.
