    • excludes weekends and public holidays.

• If stock is unavailable to fulfil the order at the time of purchase, the ship period may be extended.
• Shipping Price:
  • Semenanjung Malaysia:  RM 20
  • Sabah & Serawak:  RM 30

Orders Shipped entire  Malaysia dispatch:

• from our Yew Gadget Klebang (HQ),  Yew Gadget Melaka Sentral (BRANCH)
• to Courier service via J&T , DHL , POSLAJU, GDEX, etc.

For Shipping orders (entire Malaysia):

• Allow a minimum of 2+ working days for parcel delivery.
• Deliveries are subject to Courier service guidelines if applicable.
• Dispatch from our from our Yew Gadget Klebang (HQ),Yew Gadget Melaka Sentral (BRANCH)
• Delivery times may vary from state to state, city to city and for en region.

• Postage costs are determined by weight and calculated during the checkout process.
• Postage costs are subject to GST and non-refundable.
• Parcel tracking included.

• Transit cover for damaged items or lost parcels is only 10%.
• Parcels that arrive with damaged contents or not at all require the recipient to contact us for ‘next step’ instructions.

Insurance & Returned Policy:

• Additional Charge will be occur if the customer want to add 100% Transit cover
• Postage only can be returned within 3 days of arrival (damage items or incomplete)
• After the 3 days period any items can’t be RETURN to Yew Gadget .
